Welcome to EventCrafters SG. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. General Terms: All event planning and coordination services provided by EventCrafters SG are subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these changes.
2. Services: EventCrafters SG provides event management services including design, coordination, audiovisual support, catering, and entertainment solutions. All services will be outlined in a formal agreement before the commencement of any event planning activities.
3. Pricing and Payment: The prices for our services are specified in the event packages. Customized event services may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the event date.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in a partial refund. Any cancellation made within 30 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Liability: EventCrafters SG is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during events, including third-party vendor issues. We strive to ensure that every event runs smoothly; however, in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, EventCrafters SG's liability will be limited to the amount paid for our services.
6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
